Nikon SLR Cameras

I have two lens that I used with my 35mm Nikon F100 and I want to know if they would be compatible with the digital Nikon D5000 SLR-
The lenses I have are:
Nikon AF nikkor 50mm 1:1.4 D
Nikon AF nikkor 70-300nn 1:4-5.6 G

So I’m planning on taking photography in my school in spring of next year and they require a 35-mm camera with f-stop and shutter controls.
Does a Nikon D90 or Nikon D5000 have that? Orr any sort of digital slr camera?
Please help, I’m planning to make a purchase soon.

Can anybody help me? I am wanting to sell my Nikon F80 35 mm camera but don’t know what price to sell it for. It includes the body, 2 lenses and a carry case. It has only been used a couple of times and is in excellent condition. Any ideas?

NIKON N65 35mm SLR Camera Kit with 28-80mm Nikon AF Lens

i have a nikon n55 film slr and i’m looking to buy a nikon d70 or d80. i have two lenses, one of which is a 70-200mm (af). both the n55 and d70/80 use a ‘g’ lens mount but i’m wondering if there are disadvantages to using a film lens on a digital camera. thanks in advance!

Sorry if it sounds stupid but as I posted before, I am a amateur photographer. I found a camera I’d like to buy, but it’s body only so I’m trying to find a 35mm lens. Should I look for a specific one or can I just buy any Nikon 35mm lens?

I’ve got a lot of great Nikon lenses but want to up grade to a digital camera. Can I get any Nikon Digital Camera to use with these lenses? My understanding is that most F-mount lenses are compatible with newer models.
