I have a nikon coolpix s51…whats the best mode/setting to have for when you take pictures at a concert? i can never seem to get it just right. They come out and everything, i just want them to look better and clearer. Whats a good setting for that?

I have a NIKON COOLPIX 550. It is brand new, I got it for Christmas. I turned it on yesterday and it said lens error and now it hasn’t beenworking and the lens won’t close. Nothing happened to it that I am aware of to make it not work. I don’t think I stilll have the box, though. What can I do or where can I go to get this fixed?
